Job Description
For more than 80 years, Pacific Clinics has set new standards of care in early intervention, multicultural and integrated services, treatment and recovery of individuals diagnosed with mental illness. Pacific Clinics¡¦ community-based programs provide services to children and adolescents, transitional-age youth, adults, older adults and the homeless at 77 locations in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura Counties.
Pacific Clinics has immediate opportunities for Mental Health Team Supervisors available for locations throughout the Greater Los Angeles, San Gabriel and San Bernardino areas.
Duties include:
Provides supervision and oversees delivery of needed services for prevention team of program therapists and/or mental health workers, including clinical interventions, in the planning and development of assessment and treatment services.
Coordinate educational intervention with consumers, families, County Departments, the Department of Chilidren Services, other agencies and community.
Complete Services Plans, Weekly Summaries .
Documents all services pursuant to funding source directives, Pacific Clinics’ protocol and HIPAA compliance requirements.
Completes all documentation within the timelines established by the Program for service delivery.
Provide consultation for treatment services including assessment of all new referrals.
Respond to clinic emergencies both within and outside of specific component.
Models Pacific Clinics’ approach, mission and core values in all communication and correspondence.
Promotes an environment that is strengths-based and family-centered.
Requirements:
1. Psychologist, LCSW or LMFT licensed at least two years and able to supervise.
2. Licensed in the State of California or licensed waived.
3. Must have a valid California driver’s license and may be required to obtain a Class II California drivers license.
